Yes. Membership upgrades are allowed after you meet the upgrade requirements for your current tier. This ensures all members move forward with alignment, readiness, and impact. Monthly subscription can be canceled through your member portal. Annual memberships can be canceled with Member Service. Annual memberships are nonrefundable after 7 days.

All TFC by 5Fifths experiences require business professional attire, unless otherwise stated. We believe how you show up reflects how you build, and we show up like Founders.

No. TFC hosts both virtual and in-person experiences throughout the year. Legacy and Builder members get access to all live events. Starter members can attend select virtual sessions.

If you miss an event after registering, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. However, you can still receive any materials or handouts from the event if available.

The Tangible Toolbox is our members-only library of practical tools- grant guides, templates, trainings, expert resources, and more. It's updated monthly to help you build smarter.

Yes, TFC by 5Fifths has a volunteer program that allows members to get involved in organizing and planning events. You can contact us for more information.

Eligible Legacy and Builder members can apply for funding through the Founders Fund after 6 months of active membership. Applications open quarterly and must include an impact proposal outlining how the funds will be used. Members must also meet engagement and volunteer requirements. Starter members are not eligible for funding but receive grant alerts and business tools to help prepare. Full guidelines and application access are available in the Member Portal.
